Hi! I’m Coach Mick. I have a deep passion for youth mentorship and development, and I bring over 2 decades of youth mentorship experience, 10 seasons coaching flag football, and 2 seasons coaching basketball. Beyond the scoreboards, my focus has always been on building the complete athlete—instilling physical literacy, mental toughness, and unwavering confidence in every child.
My commitment to professional standards is demonstrated through USA Football Youth Flag Football Certification and American Red Cross CPR Certification. As a father of two, I approach every session with the understanding, patience, and high expectations that only a parent and lifelong mentor can provide. I look forward to helping your athlete become better.

Every athlete starts with an assessment to build a plan tailored to their unique position, goals, and current skill gaps. We use data to track and celebrate measurable progress.
We utilize the Freelap FXMotion timing system for precision speed measurement and the Vertimax Raptor for explosive power training.
We explicitly coach mental toughness and resilience, ensuring athletes leave every session feeling motivated and empowered to pursue excellence.
